Delete Account Policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026
Roster.d is owned and operated by Fitzips LLC, doing business as Roster.d. You can request deletion of your Roster.d account and associated personal information at any time. Deleting an account is permanent after processing.
How to Request Deletion
- Open Roster.d and go to Profile.
- Use the Delete Account Policy link, or email us directly at support@rosterdsports.com.
- Send the request from the email address connected to your Roster.d account.
- Include whether the account is an athlete account or team account so we can verify the correct record.
What We Delete
- Your login account and authentication identity.
- Your athlete or team profile details.
- Your roster posts, applications, conversations, and messages where deletion is technically tied to your account.
- Your uploaded profile photo or team logo when it is stored in Roster.d account storage.
- Feedback records that can reasonably be tied to your account.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or app-integrity purposes. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Processing Time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed because of verification, security review, or legal requirements, we will let you know.
Before You Delete
Account deletion removes your ability to log in, manage posts, apply to opportunities, and access messages. You can sign out instead if you only want to stop using the app temporarily.
