• Athlete profile information, including name, sport, positions, age group, gender, location, ZIP code, travel radius, bio, profile photo, social link, and highlight video link.
• Team profile information, including team name, sport, age groups, gender, level, location, coach name, point-of-contact name, league, bio, and logo.
• Roster activity, including posted roster openings, applications, application messages, conversation messages, unread/read status, and related timestamps.
• Feedback you send through the app.
• Technical information needed to operate the app, such as session cookies or tokens, device/browser information, logs, and security events.

How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To show athlete profiles, team profiles, roster posts, and applications to the people who need them inside the marketplace.
• To enable direct messaging between athletes and teams.
• To provide support, respond to feedback, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
• To protect the service, prevent misuse, and enforce access controls.
• To comply with legal, security, or operational obligations.

What Other Users Can See

Roster.d is a marketplace. Profile details, roster posts, and application information may be visible to other users when needed for browsing, applying, recruiting, messaging, or managing roster opportunities. Private messages are limited to the conversation participants.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to host, authenticate, store, and deliver the app, including Supabase, Vercel, Expo, and app-store platform providers. These providers process information only as needed to support the app.

Sales and Advertising

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use profile data or messages for third-party behavioral advertising.

Children and Youth Athletes

Roster.d may include youth sports information. If an athlete is a minor, a parent, guardian, coach, or authorized adult should manage the account or provide consent before information is submitted. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for support, security, legal, and operational purposes. You can request account deletion at any time. See the Delete Account Policy for details.

• You can sign out at any time.
