Who May Use Roster.d

• You must be able to form a legally binding agreement, or use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• If you create or manage an account for a minor athlete, you represent that you are the athlete's parent, guardian, coach, team administrator, or another authorized adult.
• You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to submit it.

What Roster.d Does

Roster.d is a roster marketplace. It helps athletes and teams discover each other, post roster needs, apply to opportunities, and message about potential roster fits.

Roster.d is not a team, league, school, tournament operator, coach, agent, employer, background-check provider, transportation provider, medical provider, or safety service. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with another user.

Safety and Offline Activity

• Use good judgment before meeting, practicing, traveling, playing, paying, or sharing sensitive information with another user.
• Parents, guardians, coaches, and team administrators are responsible for supervising youth athlete interactions and offline participation.
• Roster.d does not verify every user's identity, qualifications, eligibility, criminal history, team affiliation, insurance, medical readiness, or event safety.
• You are responsible for waivers, league rules, eligibility rules, emergency contacts, medical needs, transportation, and any other offline requirements.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• You may not impersonate another person, team, organization, or league.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

User Content

You keep ownership of the profile information, messages, photos, links, roster posts, applications, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Roster.d permission to host, store, display, transmit, copy, modify for formatting, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service.

You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We may remove content or restrict accounts when we believe content violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

Prohibited Conduct

• No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or unsafe conduct.
• No false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized team, athlete, coach, league, or school claims.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, spam, malware, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No use of Roster.d for illegal activity or activity that violates applicable league, school, tournament, or governing-body rules.
• No posting private personal information about someone else without permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

Roster.d may include links to social profiles, highlight videos, map/location references, app stores, hosting providers, authentication providers, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, rules, or privacy practices.

No Guarantees

Roster.d is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a player, team, roster spot, game, tournament, message response, or any specific result. We do not guarantee that user content is accurate, complete, current, legal, safe, or appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fitzips LLC, doing business as Roster.d, and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, disputes between users, offline events, or third-party conduct arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of Fitzips LLC, doing business as Roster.d, and its owners and operators for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Roster.d in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fitzips LLC, doing business as Roster.d, and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your interactions with other users.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Roster.d at any time if we believe it is needed to protect users, protect the service, comply with law, prevent misuse, or respond to a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion under our Delete Account Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Roster.d, you also agree to the privacy practices described there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or email. Your continued use of Roster.d after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Fitzips LLC is legally based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally.
